Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your jacket was delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email order@ashr.world with your order details and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

The Bomber and The Moto are returnable for a full refund minus return shipping. The Moto Silver, as a limited edition piece, carries an additional 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size, email order@ashr.world.
